Customer might require to visit the company service centre for the certification about manufacturing defect. Replacement/Return will be based on the replacement certification from the brand's authorised service centre.

Part 4 Returns Pick-Up and Processing

Once we receive the product back from the customer, your product will be checked for the following conditions:

IMEI/ name/ image/ brand/ serial number/ article number/ bar code should match and MRP tag should be undetached and clearly visible.

All in-the-box accessories (like remote control, starter kits, instruction manuals, chargers, headphones, etc.), freebies and combos (if any) should be present.

Category Unused Product
Conditions

The product should be unused, unwashed, unsoiled, without any stains and with non-tampered quality check seals/ warranty seals (wherever applicable). Before returning a Mobile/ Tablet, the device should be formatted and Screen Lock (Pin, Pattern or Fingerprint) must be disabled. iCloud lock must be disabled for Apple devices.

Conditions

The product (including SIM trays/ charging port/ headphone port, back- panel etc.) should be undamaged and without any scratches, dents, tears or holes.

Packaging Product's original packaging/ box should be undamaged.

There may be certain pin codes where we cannot arrange reverse-pickup, customer will require to send the product to our provided location. However, we will bear the entire transportation charges in such cases. Customer will require to provide the transport charges receipt of the shipping company and customer’s bank account details for the credit of the same.
