Refund

WILL REFUND COME INTO MY BANK ACCOUNT EVEN IF I HAVE MADE PAYMENT USING CASH ON DELIVERY AND/OR CREDIT CARD/DEBIT CARD?

Yes, If you have used COD as your preferred option while placing the order, we will issue the refund to your bank account. Do note that we shall require full details of the bank account like Bank account holder's name, bank account number, bank IFSC code and the bank branch name. 

I HAVE CANCELLED MY ORDER. HOW SOON I SHALL GET THE REFUND?

If you have canceled your order before it got shipped - we usually issue the refund within 24 hours to the same mode of payment. So, if you have paid us via card or wallet - we issue the refund back to the same card or wallet or bank account. 

CAN I GET REFUND IN MY BANK ACCOUNT IF I HAVE PAID THROUGH CREDIT/DEBIT CARD OR NET BANKING?

If you have paid us via Debit Card or Net Banking - you shall get the refund to your attached bank account only. And if you have paid us via Credit Card - the refund shall get an issue to the credit card. 

I HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE REFUND OF MY COURIER CHARGES. WHAT TO DO NOW?
