Relax. If Your Transaction Is Failed, But Your Credit/Debit Card Got Deducted – Your Service Provider Should Return The Same Within 48 Hours. If You Use Your OnlyMobiles Coins Account – The Amount Will Be Reversed Within 72 Hours.

  • Internet Banking: You can use your internet-enabled bank account to place your order
  • Cash on Delivery: Pay with cash when your package arrive. This option is not available for all items, though.
  • e-Gift Vouchers
  • OnlyMobiles Coins: You can use your accumulated OnlyMobiles Coins to make purchase

DO I NEED TO PAY ANY OCTROI OR SALES TAX FOR THE PURCHASE I MADE ON ONLYMOBILES?

Our Selling Prices Are Inclusive Of All Octroi Or Sales Tax If Applicable And Our Customers Need To Worry On Paying Any Additional Amount For Octroi Or Sales Tax As Long As They Are Buying For Their Personal Purpose And Not For Reselling.

I WANT TO USE MY DEBIT CARD FOR EMI. CAN I DO THAT?

No. Currently, We Do Not Have Such Option.

I WANT DUPLICATE COPY OF MY EARLIER PURCHASED ITEMS. HOW CAN I GET ONE?

You Can Print Invoices For All Your Orders In The ‘My Orders’ Section. Go To The Ordered Item You Wish To Print An Invoice For And Click On ‘Get Invoice’.
