‘WHY ORDER VERIFICATION? WHAT IS THE NEED OF IT?

OnlyMobiles Verifies The Order Mostly In Cash-On-Delivery Orders Or Sometimes, When The Shipping Address Is Not Perfectly Given In Prepaid Orders. This Is Required To Authenticate The Order.

WHAT ARE THE DIFFERENT KINDS OF ORDER STATUS IN ‘MY ORDERS’ SECTION?

There Are Different Kinds Of Order Status You Will Get In ‘My Orders’ Section At OnlyMobiles.

  1. PROCESSING : The order is placed by your side and we are processing it.
  2. CANCELLED : Order have been cancelled by OnlyMobiles or by you.
  3. DISPATCHED : Your ordered product have been handed over to the courier to be delivered to you.
  4. COURIER RETURNED : Courier partner have returned the ordered item to OnlyMobiles, as undelivered.
  5. DELIVERED : Your ordered item is delivered at your mentioned shipping address.
  6. RETURNED: You did not accept the delivery of your ordered item or we are not able to deliver and refund is processed as per policy.
  7. REPLACED: Your replacement request has been completed and OnlyMobiles have replaced your ordered item with alternate.

Once We Get Such Request, Our Team Will Ensure That It Is Processed At The Earliest.
